Details
Designer Ellen Van Dusen is the brains behind her eponymous brand, Dusen Dusen, which launched as a womenswear line and quickly grew to include a collection of textiles and home goods. Taking inspiration from fine art and commercial design alike, Dusen is known for her bold, colorful prints and patterns that are part whimsical, part refined. The embroidered Dash Pillow is crafted of pure cotton with a natural canvas back and a soft feather/down insert. Made in India.

Ellen Van Dusen
Designer Ellen Van Dusen has always been attracted to textiles, the more brightly colored the better. Raised by two architects, Van Dusen started creating her own fashions in high school. At the age of 23, she founded Dusen Dusen, based in Brooklyn. Once on her own, she translated her fondness for vibrant colors and geometric, doodle-like patterns into simple, wearable clothing and textiles.
